Andrew is a member of the Cincinnati Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction Management Team. He provides multi-market advisory services to national retail and office space occupiers with an emphasis in managing high priority transaction initiatives. Andrew provides strategic planning, transaction execution, account management and ongoing portfolio optimization programs for corporations and public entities.
Andrew began his career in real estate as a Broker at Colliers International in Los Angeles, California, working with various banks, credit unions and wealth management firms across multiple markets on a variety of highly involved real estate strategies and transactions. He then moved on to the Omni Group, one of the largest real estate developers in North America, where he ran all aspects of their commercial leasing efforts which included creating and implementing leasing strategies, deal negotiations and construction, broker and property management supervision for the company’s 4 million plus square feet Southern California portfolio.
At CBRE, Andrew and his team manage Kroger’s 3rd Party Leasing and national dispositions, the surplus property sales and subleases for O’Reilly Auto Parts across the country, office leasing and renewals for Belcan Corporation, and retail site selection for Macy’s and EG Group. Using a single point of contact model and providing a best-in-class field brokerage network are keys to managing these programs successfully.
Over his career, Andrew and his team have delivered over $220 million in client savings through portfolio optimization programs ranging from lease restructuring, strategic acquisitions or relocations, M&A consulting and surplus property dispositions. Andrew and his team complete over 250 transactions annually.
