Professional Experience
Andrew Glanzman serves as Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment, which includes CBRE Global Investors, the company’s global real asset investment management business, Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development services business, and Hana, the firm’s flexible/agile space offering. In this role, he assists and supports the Global Chief Executive Officer in the overall management of CBRE Global Investors and works closely with the regional and business unit COOs to oversee the day-to-day operations. Mr. Glanzman is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Glanzman joined CBRE Global Investors in 2010 and initially served as a Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer for CBRE Capital Partners, where he was involved in all aspects of the business and oversaw the asset management and realization of investments totaling approximately $770 million. He subsequently served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, where he had overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Americas business.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. Glanzman was an attorney in the Private Investment Fund group at the law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where he focused his practice on private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate and securities transactions.
Mr. Glanzman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
