Amy Kraft-Watkins joined CBRE in 2015 and serves as the Property Marketing Manager for Park Place, a high-end mixed-use property. In this role, Ms. Watkins has grown the brand equity and market identity of the property through a number of strategic marketing initiatives. Her current responsibilities include overall property marketing and branding of the property through media and advertising, creative agency oversite, event development, public relations, social media and web management, sponsorship sales, community relations and more. Additionally, in her position at Park Place, Ms. Watkins has championed a number philanthropic property events, raising significant funds for organizations that benefit families and children, in line with the key community initiatives of CBRE.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Watkins worked with the former ownership of Park Place. Additionally, she served as marketing director at The Legends Outlets and for various shopping center properties around the country for RED Development. In this role, she developed new property marketing plans, coordinated grand openings, supported tradeshows and other marketing initiatives for the leasing teams, supervised on-site marketing personnel and the overall marketing and branding efforts for properties.
