Amy Clements is currently a Senior Project Manager for the Microsoft Account’s Delivery Team and oversees a team of relocation coordinators responsible for providing seamless discretionary and migration moves for Microsoft across Puget Sound. As such, she works with her team to drive timelines, coordinate with multiple vendors, and ensure clear and consistent communication with the client. She is also responsible for the scheduling and supervision of day to day activities, responding to escalated client complaints, developing and monitoring adherence to timelines, and reporting monthly KPI, Budget and customer service ratings.
Amy has been instrumental in the growth of the Delivery Team on the Microsoft Account including development of operational polices and processes to continually improve service to the client. With over five years of experience in planning and fulfilling successful moves at Microsoft, Amy has overseen many of Microsoft’s high profile moves across Puget Sound including both new supply and existing space.
In addition to her work at Microsoft, Amy has also been involved in bids for and managing successful one-off moves in the Seattle area. Each move has unique complexities, and her understanding of the client, relationship with local suppliers, and active problem solving skills allow her to offer suggestions and resolutions that deliver a high quality project to the client.
