Paul D. Hood is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Federal Lessor Advisory Group serving as a federal government procurement specialist as well as government lease research and business development manager. Mr. Hood’s continuously growing broad-based knowledge and familiarity of federal government lease procurement procedures and their complex processes has made him a subject matter expert in the federal leasing space. His unique ability to see through problems and finds creative solutions, as well as his thoroughness of process, has made him an invaluable asset to all FLAG’s clients he advises.
Mr. Hood began his commercial real estate career shortly after college in 2001 by joining the Federal Government Services Group of Insignia/ESG in Washington, DC. Mr. Hood joined CBRE as a result of its merger with Insignia/ESG in June of 2003.
Since joining CBRE, Paul has been involved in the successful completion of hundreds of leasing actions representing tens of millions of square feet involving the Federal Government on behalf of building owners and developers.
Prior to college, Mr. Hood served in the U.S. Navy as a Navigation Electronics Technician aboard a nuclear powered, ballistic missile submarine.
