Michelle Merkel

Michelle Merkel joined  CBRE in 2013 as a Client Services Coordinator upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Michelle joined Fameco in 2007 and she provides research, marketing and administrative support. In addition, she also oversees CBRE|Fameco's real estate licensing requirements. 

Michelle has extensive background in corporate retail with past experience at Hertz, Toys “R” Us and David’s Bridal. A highlight of her career was planning corporate golf events at the PGA’s US Open and Bay Hill Invitational.
