Professional Experience


Erika Ozer leads CBRE’s Labor and Employment Law function globally, providing advice and counsel to executive management and the People team on a wide range of legal employment matters.

Ms. Ozer joined CBRE in November 2019 as SVP, People Business Partner REI & Corporate Functions leading a global team responsible for developing and implementing the human capital strategy for business segment and corporate functions. She and her team also advised leaders in personnel and employment matters, and facilitated key global processes including compensation planning, performance management, talent development and succession planning. In February 2021, Ms. Ozer was appointed to lead Talent Management across the enterprise. Ms. Ozer also served as a member of the CBRE Global Investors Executive Committee.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Ozer was at Swiss Re for 16 years, both serving in Human Resource leadership roles and as Swiss Re’s in-house employment counsel. Prior to that, Ms. Ozer served as an employment litigator with several New York and Boston law firms.

Professional Experience


Erika Ozer is a Senior Vice President, People Business Partner for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments business segment, which includes Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development services business, CBRE Global Investors, the company’s global real asset investment management business, and Hana, the firm’s flexible/agile space offering. In this role, she and her global team are responsible for developing and implementing Trammell Crow Company’s human capital strategy, coaching/advising leaders in matters related to their employees and facilitating key processes globally such as compensation planning, performance management, talent development and succession planning. She is also involved in the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work, supporting TCC’s mission to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace that upholds TCC’s RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values.

Prior to joining CBRE and Trammell Crow in 2019, Ms. Ozer was at Swiss Re for 16 years, where she served as the global Head of Human Resources for Life Capital, one of Swiss Re’s three business units. Prior to her role with Life Capital, she served as the Head of Human Resources for Swiss Re in the U.S and as Swiss Re’s in-house employment counsel for the Americas.
