Carlos Silguero specializes in office leasing and sales throughout the greater Orange County area. With over years of commercial real estate experience, Carlos strives to build successful relationships through his “client is always first” attitude and his upmost persistent work ethic. Carlos works with Rick Warner, Mark Friend, Justin Hill, Peter Wells, Chip Warner, and Taylor Friend in the Central Orange and Newport Beach offices.

Prior to joining CBRE, Carlos worked as a broker with Marcus and Millichap, then moved into the private equity space with Primior Inc. as a Development Acquisitions Analyst in Los Angeles. Prior to his commercial real estate career, he spent time working for Evergreen Realty servicing clients with their residential needs and assets.
