Automotive supplier to take 25,115 SF at Meadows Office Center II
Chicago – May 9, 2016 Turtle Wax, Inc. has announced that its world headquarters will relocate from Willowbrook, Ill. to 25,115 square feet at Meadows Office Center II at 2250 Pinehurst Boulevard in Addison, Ill.
Founded by Benjamin Hirsch in 1941, Turtle Wax is the largest automotive appearance products company in the world and distributes its products in more than 90 countries.
Meadows Office Center II, a two-story 101,000-square-foot office building just south of the Medinah Country Club, is now 70 percent leased. The asset is a joint venture with ACG Equities, Toft Asset Management and a private investment fund.
