Atlanta Opera, Inc. has extended their lease to remain in their current
location in Building 300 at the Atlanta Technology Center in West Midtown
Atlanta. The 15,559 sq. ft. office space will remain the Opera’s center of
operations with the option to renew. The owner of the property, ATC Owner LLC, has
owned the property since the Atlanta Opera relocated there in 2007.
