CBRE Group, Inc. announces that Rob Bickel has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Corporate Capital Markets team as executive vice president. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Bickel will provide consulting, structuring and capital markets execution expertise to corporate clients, private equity sponsors and investors of single tenant investment properties. Mr. Bickel will help expand the firm’s Corporate Capital Markets business in the western U.S. and nationally.
CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets team provides advice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and execution of alternative capital solutions focusing on corporately-owned and occupied real estate. Mr. Bickel will work closely with Guy Ponticiello, managing director, Corporate Capital Markets, and Joseph Wallace, executive managing director of the San Francisco Bay Area for CBRE.

Mr. Bickel joins CBRE from JLL where he served as managing director, Corporate Finance and Net Lease Group.
With more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bickel has completed approximately $15.0 billion in transactions encompassing all property types over his career. His expertise in credit analysis, finance, lease accounting, tax, and transaction structuring of large, single-tenant assets helps corporate occupiers evaluate real estate alternatives thoroughly, enabling the best financial decisions particularly around portfolio optimization, build-to-suit, and sale-leaseback executions.
Mr. Bickel received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
