Cambridge (December 10, 2015) – CBRE/New England announced Briar Group leased 6,117 square feet at 450 Kendall Street in the Kendall Square innovation cluster of Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is owned and managed by BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. Briar Group, one of Boston's best-known restaurant groups, procured the space for a new dining and public collaboration concept, which is slated to be named and opened in spring 2016.
