Three properties total $5.7M

(CBRE) is pleased to announce that the team of Matthew Gorman and Michael Shover have brokered the sales of three Sheetz properties in the month of February, totaling $5,700,000.The three Sheetz are located in Altoona, Pennsylvania (6,500 SF), Ebensburg, Pennsylvania (4,997 SF) and Burlington, North Carolina (4,200 SF). CBRE represented the seller in all three properties, as well as the buyer of the Burlington location.
