Mr. Tran brings an extensive background in senior housing and healthcare finance, as well as multifamily finance, to CBRE. Additionally, his deep background in loan underwriting and mergers and acquisitions advisory will serve as an invaluable resource to clients.

Mr. Tran joins CBRE from Red Capital Group, where he closed nearly $75 million in FHA financing in 2014. Previously, he handled M&A advisory, commercial credit, and banking strategy at National City Bank.
Mr. Tran is an active member in multiple state seniors housing and healthcare associations, including the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF), Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA), Health Care Association of Michigan (HCAM), Indiana Health Care Association (IHCA), and Missouri Health Care Association (MHCA).
