NASHVILLE – Sept. 23, 2019 – CBRE announces that Celero Commerce, an integrated business management platform powered by leading edge technology, is relocating and expanding their headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. The office space is located at Harpeth on the Green IV in the Brentwood submarket.
Celero made the decision to expand their headquarters following a period of rapid growth, with the company roughly doubling their previous lease to 14,711 square feet of office space. The new location allows them room for continued growth while also giving them the ability to personalize the space to align with the company’s vision. Celero expects to more than double their current employee base in the next two years.
“We believe culture is essential to attracting the best fintech talent across America and your office space is a key component of that,” said Kevin Jones, CEO of Celero Commerce. “Our new headquarters is a place where our employees can work in a fast-paced industry in an environment that’s both collaborative and fun.”
Formed in December 2018, Celero has rapidly grown within the last year. The company currently has over 100 employees following their acquisition of three payment processing companies: Elmhurst Financial of Brentwood, TN; Tandem Innovative Payment Solutions of Greenville, SC; and UMS Banking in Los Angeles, CA. Celero also recently acquired RazorSync, a SaaS company dedicated to helping field service companies optimize operations, shore up financially, and take payments. Celero serves over 25,000 merchants and processes approximately $10 billion in annual payment.
“We’re very excited about the new office space for Celero,” said Campbell Puckett, Senior Associate, CBRE. “The upgraded amenities and location ensure that Celero is in a updated and cohesive environment as they continue to expand.”
Celero plans to occupy the facility in early 2020.
Mr. Puckett and Laura Taylor with CBRE in Dallas and Sarah Pettigrew with CBRE in Nashville represented Celero in lease negotiations.
