CHICAGO – August 10, 2016 –CBRE announced that Kerry Middleton has joined the firm as an Associate in its Advisory and Transaction Services, Investor Leasing team in Chicago.
Middleton came to CBRE from The John Buck Company, where she worked as a leasing associate with the product leasing group. She leased and marketed over two million square feet of commercial assets in downtown Chicago, and represented owners on their strategic real estate plans.

Prior to joining The John Buck Company, Middleton spent four years working as an Assistant Property Manager at 600 West Fulton and MetraMarket, where she oversaw a $5 million budget and marketed and managed the commercial properties in consultation with owners.

Middleton has a BS in business management and marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
