Charleston, SC, August 10, 2016— CBRE announced that Jim Frazier has joined as a Researcher with the Southeast Research team based in the Charleston office. Jim will be responsible for tracking South Carolina’s commercial real estate market analysis including Greenville-Spartanburg, Columbia and Charleston markets as part of the South Carolina’s Research team.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jim was responsible for the facilitation of research for CoStar in the Carolinas and Kansas City markets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
