CBRE announced that it has hired Jeremy Bates as a vice president. Mr. Bates, a veteran retail professional, will be involved in both agency and occupier work, as well as regional business.

Jeremy has over 15 years of experience, mostly in retail and office leasing. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a leader at Stark Development, responsible for leasing its retail and office portfolio of over eight million-square-feet. As a leader in the Northeast Ohio leasing community, he has been responsible for brining many major national retailers and restauranteurs to both Cleveland and other major markets across the country.
