CBRE announced today that INA Towing Network, LLC will lease 14,409-square-feet of office space at the Ft. Wright Center, located at 2001 Dixie Highway in Ft. Mitchell.
INA, a comprehensive towing and recovery program for fleet trucks, needed the new space as they continue to grow. They will be moving from their current office in Florence, Kentucky to the unique office space that is under construction and being geared towards a positive employee experience. It will be equipped with the latest technology for seamless integrated, streamlined operations and include high-level security for the building. INA plans to provide employees with a modern workplace that will include on-site amenities such as a wellness center with exercise equipment, a meditation room and steam showers. A professional chef will also be on-site to prepare meals for employees and educate them on healthy eating habits.
CBRE’s Maggie Lehmkuhl represented INA Towing Network in the 7-year lease. Joe Janszen, with Cushman and Wakefield, represented the landlord, Westev Ft. Wright.
