CBRE|Triad is pleased to announce they have been awarded the exclusive listing assignment for 275 North Elm in High Point, NC. 275 North Elm is the first phase of The Outfields, an Elliott Sidewalk Communities development just beyond the outfields of the new baseball stadium and will be home to approximately 55,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space.
275 North Elm features ground floor retail space with the second and third floors designated for office space. The building will include numerous amenities such as decks overlooking the BB&T Point stadium, an outdoor patio with restaurant seating and more. 275 North Elm is located at the corner of Church Avenue and North Elm Street, adjacent to the main entrance of the BB&T Point stadium.
The ground level of 275 North Elm includes approximately 13,000square feet of restaurant/retail space. The second and third floors offer office space with the option for single or multi-tenant uses.The building is expected to be complete in April 2020.
