Nashville, TN – August 19, 2019 – CBRE is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Goodwin has joined the firm as Director, Project Management. Based in Nashville, Ms. Goodwin will lead the firms local project management team, overseeing 16 project managers and reporting directly to managing director, Stephen Kulinski. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Goodwin served as Business Development Manager at Doster Construction Company and Bell & Associates Construction, among positions at other firms.

Ms. Goodwin joins CBRE with nearly ten years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University. She serves as board member for NAIOP of Nashville, Go Build Tennessee, and ACE Mentor Program.
