CBRE today announced that Daniel Maher has joined its Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team in Dallas as first vice president.
Mr. Maher will work alongside team leader Aimee Morgan to assist in leading and expanding CBRE’s VAS operations in North Texas for multifamily, self-storage, and manufactured housing practices. Annually, this team performs more than 650 appraisal assignments throughout the region.
“Daniel is widely recognized throughout the real estate community as an exceptional appraiser and brings a depth of knowledge that is unmatched in North Texas. Mr. Maher joins CBRE from Colliers International where he served as valuation services director and was consistently a top producer. He specializes in the valuation of multifamily developments, hospitality developments, self-storage facilities and manufactured housing communities. Mr. Maher has completed the valuations of numerous institutional investment properties with single asset values up to $350 million.
