CBRE announces that North Carolina-based CommScope has renewed its lease in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico for 188,000-square-feet of warehouse and distribution space at Avenue Santiago Troncoso, No. 331.
At the facility, CommScope manufactures fiber enclosures and fiber cables for outdoor applications. The facility also assembles some copper apparatus and Fiber Guide systems for indoor applications. As part of CommScope’s global supply chain, the facility produces plastics for interplant demands as well as gel and gel-filled products for North America, Europe and Asia Regions.
