Nashville, August 27, 2015 – CBRE announces that Eric Deems has been promoted to the position of Sales Manager for the Nashville market. In this role, Mr. Deems will continue to work directly with the Managing Director and sales professionals in reporting business and market share growth, new business pursuits and assisting with client care requirements. His key objectives will include increasing strategic opportunities and expanding market share for CBRE’s sales professionals. Mr. Deems will continue to serve as a conduit coordinating professionals with the resources available through CBRE’s global platform.

Prior to his new role, Mr. Deems served CBRE for two years as the Senior Business Analyst for the Nashville market. Through this role he was responsible for the implementation and oversight of the firm’s Sales Management operations structure, which is designed to drive a deeper level of support to CBRE’s sales professionals and clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Deems worked alongside multi-family and retail development teams to secure numerous real estate projects in several US markets. He has also worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and has consulted nationwide with corporate entities, political campaigns and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Deems earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Belmont University. He stays active in the Nashville community through a variety of non-profit and industry specific organizations.
