Nashville, Tenn., June 17, 2016 – CBRE’s Ashley Compton of the Self Storage Advisory Group has facilitated the sale of the National Stor-All storage facility located at 211 Maddox Simpson Parkway in Lebanon, Tennessee.
The well-performing facility was listed at $4.3 million. The buyer, Sparkplug Capital, LLC, secured a prime opportunity from seller Roger and Patricia Acuff, as investment interest in self-storage assets in the Nashville MSA is at its pinnacle.
The facility is 14 buildings and 537 units consisting of ±72,780 rentable square feet and was built in phases between1991and 2002.
“The National Stor-All transaction allowed the Acuffs to capitalize on years of hard work building a successful storage operation by selling in this aggressive real estate environment. The acquisition by Sparkplug Capital continues their corporate strategy of growing their self-storage footprint in Middle Tennessee with quality assets,” said Ashley Compton, First Vice President with CBRE.
Compton represented the owner on the sale. Compton has consistently been listed as one of CBRE’s national Top Producers.
