Philadelphia – December 1, 2016 – As part of Wawa’s commitment to its expansion in Center City Philadelphia, CBRE is pleased to announce it has represented Wawa in its newest store, which will open tomorrow at 1900 Market Street.
At approximately 7,000 square-feet, it will be Wawa’s largest street store to open to date, and its fifth Center City location. It is situated on the ground floor of Brandywine Realty Trust’s recently renovated 456,922 square-foot office building in the booming Market Street West corridor.
CBRE’s Larry Steinberg and Kevin McClernon negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Wawa. According to Steinberg, “Wawa wanted to take advantage of not only the established office market, but the new and expanding residential development happening in Market West.”
CBRE also recently negotiated the new Naf Naf Grill in Brandywine’s 1919 Market Street building directly across from the new Wawa.
