- Nan McCormick received the overall “Office Broker of the Year” and “Office Tenant Rep” awards. She also received the “Largest Lease Deal of the Year” award, along with Nick Poole of JLL, for an office building (1101 Greenwood Boulevard) transaction totaling 155,048 square feet in the Lake Mary submarket.
- David Murphy received the overall “Industrial Broker of the Year” and “Industrial Tenant Rep” awards. He was also a finalist in the “Industrial Landlord Rep” and “Industrial Investment” categories.
- James Mitchell received the “Retail Broker of the Year” award based on total transaction volume.
- Robbie McEwan received the “Land Broker of the Year” award, which included the sale of 474 acres near Universal Boulevard to a subsidiary of Universal Parks and Resorts for $130 million. This transaction represented the single largest land deal ever in the Orlando tourist market.
- Shelton Granade received the “Investment Multi-Housing Broker of the Year” award based on total transaction volume.
- Monica Perez Wonus received the “Rookie of the Year” award as an integral member of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics brokerage team in Orlando.
CBRE’s Jay Dixon (Office Landlord/Tenant Rep), Ron Rogg (Investment Office) and Preston Hage (Investment Land) were also recognized as finalists at the event.
