The properties are located in the Lake Mary Center at 610 Crescent Executive Court, 615 Crescent Executive Court, and 300 Primera Boulevard, in Lake Mary, FL. BSC Realty Services, an affiliate of Banyan Street Capital will continue to manage the property.
