Pro Business Management Services, LLC has leased 1,682 square feet of office space at 4340 N. Campbell Avenue from St. Philips Plaza, LLC. The transaction was conducted on both sides by CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord was represented by Bruce Suppes and Ian Stuart. The tenant was represented by Jeff Casper and Buzz Isaacson.
Child and Family Resources Inc have leased 1,560 square feet of office space at 2730 Broadway Boulevard from 2736 Associates, LLP. The landlord was represented by Jeff Casper and David Montijo with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Matthew Van Orden (dba Evolve Martial Arts) has leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at 5250 E. Pima Street from Webb Family Investments, LP. The landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch and the tenant was represented by David Montijo and Michael Laatsch, both with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Cornerstone Home Lending has leased 4,390 square feet of office space at 5210 E. Williams Circle from WC Partners, an AZ General Partnership. The landlord was represented by Peter Casey with Colton Company. The tenant was represented by Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Community Intervention Associates has leased an additional 2,401 square feet of office space at 1775 W. St Mary’s from Tucson Mountain Medical Building Association. The transaction was conducted by CBRE’s Tucson office. The landlord was represented by Bruce Suppes and David Volk. The tenant was represented by Dave Blanchette CCIM and Ian Stuart.
Dragon’s Deep Exploration has purchased 4,581 square feet of retail space at 7320 E. Broadway Boulevard for $408,413 from Gene and Harold McCullough. The buyer was self-represented. The seller was represented by Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE’s Tucson office.
5320 N. La Cholla, LLC has purchased 53,120 square feet of office space at 5320 N. La Cholla Boulevard for $8,750,000 from Arizona BRG, LLC. The buyer was self-represented. The seller was represented by Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Harsch Investment Properties has purchased two major industrial properties in Tucson:
130,000 square feet of industrial space at 2901 E. Elvira Road for $9,925,000.
57,263 square feet of industrial space at 3700-3716 E. Columbia Drive at Butterfield Industrial for $6,475,000.
Both properties were sold by Holualoa Companies. The buyer was self-represented. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum with CBRE’s Tucson office represented the seller.
Amerco Real Estate Company has purchased the former Cactus Bowl located at 1630 S. Alvernon Way that includes 48,644 square feet of retail space on 3.8 acres of land for $1,578,000 from Cactus Bowl Inc. Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron, Michael Laatsch and Jami Savage-Gray with CBRE brokered the transaction.
