Systems has leased 3,952 square feet of industrial space at Air Cargo Terminal
2 from the Tucson Airport Authority. The tenant was represented by Russ Hall
with Picor Commercial Real Estate. The landlord was represented by Ian Stuart,
Bob DeLaney, and Tim Healy with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Enchantment, Inc. has entered into a 31,363-square-foot ground lease at 5601 E.
Broadway Boulevard. The company plans to build a 3,050-square-foot building and
open a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The tenant was represented by Terry Dahlstrom
with Volk Co. The landlord, Broadway Festival, LLC, was represented by NancyMcClure, John Ash and Michael Laatsch with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Consultants has leased 2,450 square feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate
Center. The tenant was represented by Bruce Suppes and the landlord was
represented by Jeff Casper and David Montijo. All brokers are with CBRE’s Tucson
Development Co. has purchased 1.82 acres of land at 8437 E. Old Spanish Trail
for $139,000 from BOKF National Association. The buyer was represented by Cam
Anderson with Carl C. Anderson. The seller was represented by Ben & Adam Becker with CBRE’s Tucson office.
Park Partners, LLC has purchased 50,500 square-feet of former manufacturing and
office space at 7741 N. Business Park Dr. for $1,875,000 from Tusonix, Inc. The
seller was represented by Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney with CBRE’s Tucson office.

#135 from Wells Fargo Bank for $475,000. The seller was represented by David

Ave. for $600,000 from John W. Harshbarger. The buyer was represented by Tim

Avenue, LLC has purchased 13,724 square feet of former auto service space at
601 N. Stone Avenue for $775,000 from 601 Investors, LLC. The property will be
developed into the new headquarters for Cirrus Visual. The seller was
represented John Ash with CBRE’s Tucson office. The buyer was represented by
Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney, also with CBRE’s Tucson office.
