Los Angeles – Oct. 13, 2016 – CBRE Group, Inc. promoted Troy Pollet to Senior Vice President. Pollet is based at the firm’s North Los Angeles office at the Masonic Temple in Glendale, California.
In the past 9 years, Pollet has developed into one of the top real estate professionals in Los Angeles. He began his career by receiving CBRE’s National Rookie of the Year award and has developed a premier client list of institutional landlords, while also having represented some of the largest tenants in Northern LA County.
Pollet has been instrumental in the underwriting, acquiring and disposing of many of the highest profile assets in the region, including the sale of the 120,000-square-foot renamed Tech Park @ Canwood campus in Agoura Hills for $21 million earlier this year on behalf of Majestic Asset Management. Pollet was also on the team that facilitated the nearly 100,000 square-foot office lease in Calabasas last month to beauty products manufacturer Coty Inc., one of the largest deals in Los Angeles County.
“Troy is among the top real estate professionals in the Los Angeles region,” said David Josker, Managing Director for CBRE’s Los Angeles North region. “In a very short period of time Troy has risen to one of the most esteemed titles within CBRE, we are proud to have Troy as a leader for our organization.”
