CHICAGO – April 21, 2016 – John Latessa has been promoted to Executive Managing Director of the Midwest Division for CBRE in Southfield, Mich.
Latessa has been with CBRE since 2008 and was previously a Senior Managing Director for the firm in the Detroit area.
In this new role, Latessa will continue to oversee 600 professionals and manage all service lines for our Michigan operations, as well as have executive oversight in our Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Louisville and Kansas City markets.
He will also serve on the Executive Committee for the Midwest Division and continue to serve on the Americas Strategy Group.
