of the top 10 most recognizable brands in Georgia. Bennett Gottlieb and JohnThornton, of CBRE, represented Pike Nurseries in the support center relocation
from the Park Summit building at 2675 Breckinridge Blvd. to the central
building within 3555 Koger Blvd, better known as Duluth Office Center. Stream
Realty represented the landlord.
Pike Nurseries will occupy 9,000 sq. ft. at
Duluth Office Center committing to another 10 years in Duluth. The company was
initially drawn to Duluth for its easy transportation access, central location
among metro stores, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
