Milwaukee –June 29, 2015 – CBRE announced Bob Adashek has joined the firm as a real estate manager within its Asset Services division and will be based in the Milwaukee office.
His responsibilities will include managing a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of over 1.2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial assets throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Mr. Adashek brings more than 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate property management in the greater Milwaukee area, providing valuable insights to his clients.

Mr. Adashek comes to CBRE from a firm where he managed more than 600,000 square feet of retail properties in Kenosha. Prior to that, he also managed a portfolio of condominiums including 10 different associates totaling more than 800 units.
