CBRE, in partnership with OMS Strategic Advisors, announces the exclusive marketing assignment for multiple assets on behalf of Dallas County.
Recognizing the overall strength of the market for urban infill assets, Dallas County continues its portfolio optimization efforts in order to improve customer and constituent service as well as working conditions for County staff.
The properties’ former and potential future uses are diverse. The individual assets include the following acquisition / redevelopment opportunities:
- 10056 Marsh Lane | ±35,000 sq. ft. office building on ±1.9 acres
- 516 Twilight Trail | ± 4,000 sq. ft. office building on ±1.2 acres
- 2020 N Beckley I 2.906-acre development site
- 1411 West Belt Line Road I +/- 5,692 sq. ft. office building on +/- .97 acres
- 7201 South Polk St I +/- 29,600 sq. ft. office building on +/- 3.77 acres
- 2627 Zelrich Lane I +/- 8,040 sq. ft. office building on +/- .76 acres
- 107 Texas St I +/- 6,740 sq. ft. office building on +/- .50 acres

“The County continues to entrust CBRE in the stewardship of its portfolio and we intend to expose these assets to the broadest pool of potential buyers/investors to ensure taxpayers receive maximum value for these assets,” said Peter Jansen with CBRE’s Public Institutions & Education Solutions team.
The County has been optimizing its portfolio over the past few years, including selling a number of vacated or consolidation candidates such as 899 Stemmons, 2311 Joe Field, and others.
Dallas County engaged CBRE as its exclusive representative under Court Order 2013-1918 and renewed the contract in November 2017. Bid dates will be announced shortly.
