CHICAGO – April 14, 2016 – CBRE Hotels announced that Bridge Investments, a Chicago based private equity firm, sold the 226-room Holiday Inn to Batra Hospitality Group, Inc.
Brian Silberman, Nate Sahn, Stanley Wang and Scott Miller of CBRE Hotels in Chicago represented Bridge Investments in the sale of the Holiday Inn located at 150 S. Nicolet Road in Appleton, Wis.
“With a proven track record and hands on approach, Batra Hospitality Group, Inc. will undertake the renovation of the Holiday Inn and continue its excellent customer service, capitalizing on the hotel’s advantageous location,” said Brian Silberman, CBRE Hotels. The Holiday Inn sits strategically at the College Avenue exit off of Interstate 41 in Appleton, WI. Batra Hospitality Group Inc. is in negotiations with Hilton Worldwide to up-brand the Hotel to a Doubletree by Hilton affiliation.
