CBRE|Grand Rapids Secures Leases in Bridge Pointe Office Park

CBRE|Grand Rapids Office Team has leased 3855 Sparks Drive SE, Suite 100 in Bridge Pointe Office Park. Senior Associate Nate Scherpenisse and Associate Blake Rosekrans represented the landlord, Bridge Pointe Office Equities, LLC. The tenant, Service Express Inc. (SEI) will occupy 39,617 square feet of space on the first floor, while holding an additional 20,744 square feet on the second floor for future expansion. The unique deal structure allows the new tenant to phase into their new space while building a modern environment to seamlessly accommodate its workflow. 3855 Sparks Dr. SE is now fully occupied.
In addition, Rosekrans and Scherpenisse, represented both the landlord and the tenant the lease of 3940 Peninsular Drive SE, Suite 100, in Bridge Pointe Office Park. The 5,365 SF space was leased to Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. The building is now 96% occupied with only 1,500 SF of space left in the 36,000 SF building. Rosekrans and Scherpenisse have represented the ownership of Bridge Point Office Park since it was purchased in 2015 and have assisted in leasing approximately 16,000 SF in 3940 Peninsular and over 50,000 SF in the office park.
Collectively, the CBRE|Grand Rapids team has leased over 120,000 SF of space in the 6-building office park since the beginning of 2016.
