76,236-square-foot grocer purchased by LA-based investor
CHICAGO – June 1 2016 – CBRE recently completed the sale of a 76,236-square-foot Mariano’s Fresh Market at 678 N. York Street in Elmhurst, Ill.
Michael Kaider and Christian Williams of CBRE represented the owner, Inland Private Capital Corporation, and Eric Sackler of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer, Royal Palace Hotels Partnership, L.P.
The buyer assumed the existing loan.
