EF Capital AR invests in two adjacent land parcels
ROGERS, ARKANSAS – June 27, 2016 – CBRE announces two investment land sales in Rogers, Arkansas on behalf of Simmons Bank. The sales include a 24-acre tract in The Farms subdivision and an 11-acre tract in the Walnut Creek subdivision. EF Capital AR purchased the acreage for an undisclosed price.
Clinton Bennett with CBRE’s Fayetteville office represented the seller. Philip Schmidt with Flake & Kelley Commercial represented the buyer.
“These sales point to a trend of increased pricing for developed land and we expect this trend will continue for the foreseeable future,” said Mr. Bennett. “These are significant transactions for the market as it continues to move bank-owned property into the hands of private investors.”
