Poinciana CommerCenter West acquired for $2.225 million
Orlando, FL – November 5, 2015 – CBRE Industrial Services arranged the sale of Poinciana CommerCenter West, a 49,920 square-foot warehouse with office and showroom at 1750 Business Center Lane in Kissimmee, Florida. The property was acquired from Stonecutter Capital Management LLC by Hanover Poinciana Commercial LLC for $2,225,000.
“In all, six new industrial properties have arrived in the Orlando market this year. With overall vacancy rates declining last quarter, we expect properties with exceptional amenities like Poinciana CommerCenter West will become even more attractive for investors and tenants,” said CBRE Senior Vice President David Murphy, who represented the seller in the transaction.
Located within an established mixed-use professional business park, the dock-high office and showroom warehouse is 75% occupied by three tenants. Spaces ranging from 6,400 to 12,800 square feet are available for new leases.
The fully sprinklered property features tinted glass fronts that contribute to energy savings and appearance, typical bay sizes of 40’ x 160’, an average of 6,400 square feet per bay, 9’ x 10’ overhead door size, 24’ clear height, and skylights in every bay.
