​Milwaukee –April 12, 2016 – CBRE is pleased to announce the following closed deals for the past month for both the Milwaukee and Madison offices. This included 27 different transactions, resulting in more than 233,000 square feet sold or leased. Individual transactions are detailed below.

Sales
Southeastern Wisconsin Investments, LLC purchased 13,000 SF of space at 351 Peller Road, Lake Geneva, from Gateway Plaza, LLC. Sandy Golden from CBRE handled this transaction.


R2 10950 Partners, LLC purchased 19,983 SF of space at 10950 West Capitol Drive, Wauwatosa, from Petroff’s Plaza, LLC. Eric Rapp from CBRE handled this transaction.

Mohammad Hani Sawah purchased 2,800 SF of space at 6529 West Fond du Lac Avenue, Milwaukee, from Drake University. Kurt Klapperich from CBRE handled this transaction.

MNA 2600 Howard LLC purchased 1.00 acres at 2600 West Howard Avenue, Milwaukee, from Wisconsin CVS Pharmacy, LLC. Kurt Klapperich from CBRE handled this transaction.


Leases
Cryovive Cryotherapy leased 1,073 SF of space at Audubon Court, 333 West Brown Deer Road, Bayside, from North Shore Centers Partners. Ben Weiland from CBRE handled this transaction.

Johnson Controls, Inc. leased 14,636 SF of space at 929 Watson Avenue, Madison, from Geronimo LLC. Mike Wenzel from CBRE handled this transaction. 

White Feather, LLC leased 1,400 SF of space at 7710 West Good Hope Road, Milwaukee, from CK Properties, Inc. Stan Jolton and Eric Mouton from CBRE handled this transaction.

Familia Dental MKEMidtown, LLC leased 5,711 SF of space at 5341 West Fond du Lac Avenue, Milwaukee, from 3047 Property, LLC. Sandy Golden from CBRE handled this transaction.

Americans for Prosperity Foundation leased 1,240 SF of space at 834 South Main Street, West Bend, from James E. Deshur d/b/a West Bend Plaza. Alyssa Geisler from CBRE handled this transaction.

Novo Group, Inc. leased 6,514 SF of space at 300 North Corporate Drive, Brookfield, from CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. Alyssa Geisler from CBRE handled this transaction.

Allied Barton Security Service, LLC leased 900 SF of space at 1127 Prairie Drive, Racine, from Prairie Drive Partners, LLC. Matt Hunter and Jim Cavanaugh from CBRE handled this transaction.
