TULSA, Oklahoma – July 20, 2016 –CBRE announces the sale of 21 Lewis Plaza, a 58,934-square-foot office building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 21 LP, LLC purchased the asset from Acron 21 Lewis Plaza, LP for an undisclosed price.
Mary Martin and Leslie Kirkpatrick with CBRE’s Tulsa office represented the seller. Kelly McKoy with McKoy Company in Tulsa represented the buyer.
Dr. Lars Freisberg announced that Tulsa Retina Consultants PLLC will be occupying the entire 2nd floor of 21 Lewis Plaza. Tulsa Retina Consultants, is an Ophthalmology group practice, improving and expanding the care they deliver by offering ample and convenient facilities for their patients.
The building is located at 2424 East 21st Street near the South Lewis Avenue intersection. 21 Lewis Plaza was 70 percent occupied at the time of sale. Major tenants include Oklahoma National Bank, G4s Secure Solutions Inc., River Parks Authority and Gilbert Audiology & Hearing.
