The building, historically referred to as the AT&T building, is located at 2550 Interstate Drive. During the transaction CBRE represented the seller, Lexington Harrisburg L.P., an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP). The buyer was Linlo Properties and was represented in house.

Built in 1998, the building’s investment grade tenants include AT&T, Crump Insurance and AXA Financial.
