CBRE Brokers Sale of Mixed-Use Building in Chicago's Wrigleyville Neighborhood for $1.36M

CHICAGO – April 30, 2018 – CBRE’s Chicago office recently brokered the sale of a mixed-use property at 3824 N. Clark St. in Chicago for $1.36 million.  

CBRE’s Justin Ross represented the owner, Nordic Realty Partners, in the transaction. The property was purchased by Lighthouse Investments. 

The property consists of two multifamily units, both three-bedroom and two-bathroom layouts, and a 1,600-square-foot fully-leased retail space.

Situated just north of Wrigley Field and the burgeoning Wrigleyville retail & entertainment district, 3824 N Clark features two fully-rennovated three-bedroom and two-bathroom multifamily units and a fully-leased 1,600-square-foot retail space. The property also benefits from billboard signage, storage and parking income, providing multiple revenue streams for the new owner.

“This is an amazing location and a well-stablized asset that should prove to be a very sound investment for the new owner,” said CBRE’s Ross.
