Awards (Real Estate Achievers and Leaders) in conjunction with its annual South Florida Real Estate Summit on March 10, 2016 at Jungle Island. The awards recognize those in the Real Estate sector who have achieved success during the previous year while also being leaders in the community. Among the 2016 South Florida R.E.A.L. Commercial Real Estate Broker: Chris Lee is one of the nation’s leaders in putting together large, complex real estate deals. He advises many of the largest U.S. real estate investors on the planning and execution of their investment, disposition and capitalization strategies. During the course of his career, he and his team have closed more than $14.47 billion in transactions. In 2015, he executed 27 office and industrial property sales in Florida, including the $140 million sale of The Suntrust Building (777 Brickell); the $111.6 million sale of 800 Brickell; and the $96 million sale of Centergate at Gratigny, a million-square-foot industrial facility in Hialeah.
