CHICAGO – September 7, 2016 – CBRE assisted The Flolo Corporation in the acquisition of a 42,411-square-foot industrial property located at 1400 Harvester Road in West Chicago, IIl.
CBRE’s John M. Hamilton, Mike Sedjo and Jack Brennan represented The Flolo Corporation and David Prell represented the Seller, Acts Four Thirty Two, LLC. The company is relocating and consolidating from its current facilities at 1061 E. Green Street and 420 Podlin in Franklin Park, Ill.
”The Flolo Corporation was forced to relocate due to the Elgin O’Hare/294 Bypass project. The original focus was a search for buildings with cranes currently in place,” said John Hamilton, Vice President with CBRE. “With a decreasing supply of total inventory on the market and very limited crane buildings to consider, they chose to open up the search to properties without existing cranes in place. 1400 Harvester currently has plenty of power, adequate office space and the design of the building gives Flolo the flexibility to add the cranes that are crucial to their business.”
The Flolo Corporation is a multi-faceted Electro-Mechanical repair facility, Power Transmission Distributor and Custom System Integration Company with four locations in the state of Illinois including two locations in Bensenville, one in Gurnee, and one in South Elgin.
