CBRE announces that IMMI has signed a 45,000 sq.-ft. lease at 4207 Pan American Blvd. in Laredo to manufacture advanced safety products.
IMMI designs, tests and manufactures advanced safety systems in the United States and internationally. Its products include boatbuckles, child restraints, commercial truck restraints, flex seats, cargobuckles and safeguard integrated child seats. IMMI also offers CAPE testing, design and development, and Spec/instructional industries. The company serves a wide range of industries such as commercial trucking, fire/EMS, military, child seating, outdoor adventure and childcare.
Josh Aguilar with CBRE’s San Antonio office represented the tenant in securing a lease with Olympia International on the 45,000 sq.-ft. warehouse space. This space will serve as both a warehouse and distribution hub for IMMI.
“IMMI’s commitment to the market for the long-haul is an example of how manufacturing continues to drive warehousing and distribution in the area. As the market remains tight, we are beginning to see a shift with tenants committing to longer lease terms,” says Mr. Aguilar.
IMMI has additional offices, outside of their Westfield, Indiana headquarters, in: Saltillo, Mexico; Jiangsu, China; Morpeth, United Kingdom; Zilina, Slovakia; and Moncalieri, Italy.
