This transaction follows IQVIA’s recent IMS Health and Quintiles merger and allows the company to consolidate multiple regional facilities. It also furthers the trend of life sciences and associated companies leasing space in the I-287/I-78 corridor.
CBRE’s Remy deVarenne and Sean Morley negotiated the sublease deal on behalf of sublandlord, Legacy Investors.
