CBRE Appoints Global Leaders for its Accounting & Reporting Services Business

CBRE has named Jean-Francois Gillard the Global Director of Accounting & Reporting Services and Greg Shaw the Global COO of Fund Accounting and Fund Administration Services within its Property Management business line.

CBRE's Accounting and Reporting group provides property, SPV and fund accounting, fund administration, data solutions to investors clients and operate shared service centers in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.

“We have more than 3,000 accounting professionals overseeing property and fund accounting for clients in nearly 40 countries,” said Chris Connelly, Global President of Property Management for CBRE. “Having Jean-Francois and Greg’s global perspective, and depth of expertise will help our clients to simplify their operating model, reduce their technology expenditure, and allow them to focus on core investment management activities.”

Prior to this role, Mr. Gillard was the Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s fund accounting & administration business. Mr. Gillard joined CBRE in 2011 with the acquisition of ING Real Estate Investment Management. He has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Management and 15 years of experience in commercial and investment banking.

Mr. Shaw joins CBRE with more than 25 years of leadership experience in global banking and investment services organizations. Most recently, he served with KPMG in their Management Consulting Practices group advising clients on their global service delivery models and strategies.
