CBRE announces the sale of Dry Gulch, a campground, retreat facility and convention location in Adair, Oklahoma.
The property now consists of 205-acres with over 70 structures on site making up 288,000-square-feet.
Dry Gulch was sold by Willie George Ministries and purchased by New Life Ranch. CBRE’s Dwayne Flynn, SIOR, CCIM and Ryan Shaffer, CCIM, represented both the buyer and seller.
“New Life Ranch purchased this picturesque old west style camp on the shore of Lake Hudson to expand on their current operation in Northeast Oklahoma,” says Dwayne Flynn, First Vice President at CBRE in Tulsa. “The property will continue to serve as a destination campground and convention facility.”
All of the current structures have an old west storefront appearance reflecting the Oklahoma boomtowns of the late 19th century. The facility includes a host of activities, including a ropes course, go-cart tracks, swimming pool, hiking trails, state of the art auditoriums for concerts and more.
